Miguel Dotres – Show Host
Mr. Dotres has been involved with many companies covering all aspects of corporate management at the highest levels, plus corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has served as a Board Member, Officer and Director for many of these companies. Mr. Dotres has played an integral part in capital fund raising; from startup companies to fully operating corporations, both private and public.
In 2008, Mr. Dotres was the Chief Executive Officer of the restaurant management company Merlot Inc. in Jupiter, Florida. In 2013 Mr. Dotres became the Chief Executive Officer of OICco Acquisition I Inc., a publicly reporting company that merged with Champion Pain Care Corp. After the merger, Mr. Dotres assisted the company with obtaining a trading symbol OTCBB: CPAI and begin trading on the OTC Markets. In 2013, Mr. Dotres completed the S/1 filing for OICco Acquisition IV Inc. with the SEC. In 2014, OICco IV Inc. merged with vapor technology company VapAria Solutions Inc. Following this merger, Mr. Dotres completed the S/1 filing for Nas Acquisition Inc. In 2015, NAS merged with convenience store and gas station operator On the Move Corp. located in Boynton Beach FL. Currently Mr. Dotres is completing the merger of Petrus Resource Corp., a fully reporting SEC public company with The Waters Club Inc. a luxury charter company located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Mr. Dotres currently operates: Whiskey Acquisition Inc. and Das Acquisition Inc. both effective S/1 companies and Sanz Solutions Inc. a Reg A Plus Tier 2 SEC Qualified company. Mr. Dotres is the co-founder of the Reg A Funding Group, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in Regulation A and crowd funding and Pot Estate Holdings Inc. which specializes in purchasing, developing, and leasing cannabis-related real estate and providing full-service consulting to those in the medical marijuana and pot dispensary business.
Mr. Dotres attended Saint Thomas University in Miami, Florida. Mr. Dotres has continued studies in Alternative Medicine and Culinary Arts with focus on health and nutrition.
Ronald Costa – Show Host and Producer
A native New Yorker, Ronald Costa graduated from Villanova University in 1984 with a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and spent the next 9 years working as a systems engineer for a major defense contractor until deciding to pursue entrepreneurial internet opportunities. It was at this point that he began creating websites and syndicating content targeted towards financial advisors.
Mr. Costa then relocated to Las Vegas in 2004 to become the marketing director for one of the first high rise condo projects located on the famed Las Vegas Strip. At that time he obtained his Nevada Real Estate license to continue marketing luxury and commercial properties nationwide and became the founder and property syndicator at both the Uptown Coalition and at HighRiseCondoHotels.com
Mr. Costa also created and founded the mobile marketing company G2G Text and its internet presence over a variety of related websites. The company was sold to publicly traded “W Technologies Inc.”, which made Ron the CEO of the company in the process. Since then, Ron has been building brands and designing internet marketing strategies and projects with a major focus on real estate, social media, and mobile marketing applications for a variety of clients and industries – including several high profile crowdfunding and commercial real estate websites specifically targeting medical professionals.
